Know the workers have been screened and tested to your company standards

Your company has it’s hiring guidelines for a reason. Interviews, references, drug tests, and background checks are implemented to control the quality, culture and safety of your workforce. When these responsibilities are passed to a third-party staffing firm, you lose control of the process. Remember, temp companies do not get paid to secure your company’s future. They get paid to fill orders. Maintaining the standards of your business is secondary to their own revenue.
